Quote requests
We collect your project ZIP code, project type, area to insulate, name, phone number and email address. Measurements, timing and notes are optional. Requests are recorded before confirmation and sent to the selected company and the platform's configured recipients for coordination and follow-up. They are not sent to every listed company or to advertisers solely because they advertise. Submission is not an appointment or agreement.
Review invitations and reviews
An authorized company representative may provide a customer email address to send a private review invitation. The invitation expires after 14 days and accepts one review. Access to the emailed link is confirmed before submission; this does not independently verify completed work. We store invitation status, company association, submitted display name, rating, project summary, review text, consent and moderation decisions. Email addresses are not published. Approved display names, ratings, summaries and reviews may appear publicly on that company's profile. Google reviews are a separate source; Google integration is not connected.
Security and retention
Session cookies protect forms. We use limited technical information, including IP-based rate limits, to reduce abuse. Hosting and email services process submissions to operate the site and deliver messages. Records remain stored for follow-up, moderation and administration until deleted; no automatic deletion period is currently configured. Do not submit sensitive personal information. No visitor file uploads are accepted.
Questions, corrections and deletion requests
Use the request form and begin your notes with “Privacy request” to contact the platform administrator about submitted information. Identify the relevant request or review without sending passwords or sensitive documents. Requests to remove or correct information are reviewed by an administrator.
Your choices
Submitting a quote request permits contact about that request; it does not enroll you in marketing. Reviews are voluntary. You may ignore an unexpected invitation. This site does not add advertising trackers as part of the quote or review forms.
